Trash Terminators!

Welcome to the hosting information page of Trash Terminators, sponsored by the San Juan Basin Recycling Association.

The exhibit is currently booked for the months of March and April. Thank you to all of the participating schools!

There are only a couple of weeks in May left open to host the exhibit in the remainder of the 2000/2001 school year, so you might want to contact the exhibit coordinator right away!

Exhibit Information:
Trash Terminators! is an educational recycling exhibit designed to help educate children in grades K-8 about recycling. It is primarily a self-guided exhibit, unless the children aren't able to read, in which case they will need to be guided through the exhibit. However, there are activities for the younger children that don't require them to be able to read.

The Trash Terminators! Recycling Exhibit is composed of modular components, allowing it to be set up in a variety of places.

Typically, the exhibit is set up in a spare classroom, or in a library or media center. Alternative configurations can be arranged for whatever space you've got available.

NOTE: If you are so fortunate as to have a large and dedicated Parent-Teacher Association, there is a possibility of having extra components visit your school. These extra components typically require more supervision, but they add extra fun and interest for the children.

If you'd like to host the exhibit in May of 2001, please contact the exhibit coordinator.
